CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

The successful candidate should have 3 to 5 years experience in a fast paced Customer Service role with supervisory experience. Candidates with an electronics background or experience in the Metrology field will be highly favored.

Help Excalibur Engineering, Inc. continue to grow and be a leader in the Calibration Services industry. We provide all the support and training required to make you successful.

Duties include:

Assisting customers with status updates of their equipment.

Scheduling 4 to 6 operations personnel.

Scheduling calibration services at both customer facilities and our in house laboratories.

Interface with new and existing customers via email and/or over the phone.

Creating master lists and quotes for customer service agreements.

Assist accounting with billing issues such as correct calibration costs, data charges, expediting fees, discounts, subcontractor costs, etc.

Maintain master price list data base.

Prepare work packages for on-site Calibration Field Teams.

Work with sales to provide new business and sales forecasts.

Must have extensive clerical experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time. Available to work overtime as required.

Calibration outside sales representitive:

One of the many services we offer is calibration of test equipment, a service we feel is necessary for equipment from all manufacturers. We are currently looking for an experienced sales engineer for this position. Test equipment experience and strong closing skills are a must. 

Field service engineer qualifications:

  • Takes initiative to become an expert at the job. Has a thorough understanding of the job's role in the organization's success.
  • Can define own role, take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidance. Must be able to work on individual assignments or as part of traveling team.
  • Committed to exceeding quality standards and providing exceptional products and services.
  • Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs.
  • Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time.
  • Conscientiously and methodically approaches work. Sees tasks through to completion.
  • AAS or equivalent experience. Military PMEL school completion preferred.


Repair technician qualifications:

  • Exceptional work ethic. Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals.
  • Must have extensive experience at performing component level troubleshooting and alignment of RF/Microwave circuitry up to 50 GHz.
  • Committed to exceeding quality standards and providing exceptional products and services.
  • Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time.
  • Conscientiously and methodically approaches work. Sees tasks through to completion.
  • AAS or equivalent experience. PMEL school completion preferred.
  • Familiarity with testing and repairing Agilent, Aeroflex, IFR/Marconi, Tektronix, Rhode & Schwartz and Fluke test equipment a plus
  • Familiarity with Met/Cal is a plus.
