Repair Terms and Conditions

All repairs have a 30-day warranty from the date of service unless the unit is found to have broken or removed cal-void seals, or has obvious physical damage.

We warrant that all units will meet or exceed the manufacturer's published specifications that were valid on the original manufacture date of the unit. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of instrument only and specifically excludes any liability for injuries, lost time or damaged product. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to/from our facility. There is a $50 packaging charge for large units that are returned in a foamed box.

All quoted prices are good for 14 days from time of quote. Excalibur Engineering has standard terms of Net 30. Any applicable discount or credits will be charged back if the payment is not received in full and per the specified terms. These conditions supersede and replace any prior conditions.
