"Repair" Terms and conditions:

All REPAIRS have a 30-day warranty from the date, unless it is found to have broken or removed cal-void seals, or has obvious physical damage. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to/from our facility. Due to customers having both unique and varying requirements for their testing needs, Excalibur Engineering is not able to guarantee that a requested model or option will meet your specifications.  We do guarantee that all products and options will meet or exceed the manufacturers published specifications that were valid on the original manufacture date of the unit.  Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of instrument only and specifically excludes any liability for injuries, lost time or damaged product. The above stated conditions supersede, amend, restate, and replace any prior conditions.
